For sauces, you can choose from Mild, Hot, or Diablo Border Sauce. All the available drinks and beverages are Gluten-Free. Taco Bell’s beef mixes are gluten-free, but they have oats In them so avoid it if oats are not suitable for you. In their chips for nachos, they use white ground Corn as claimed by the company.

Taco Bell is an American -based chain of fast-food restaurants that serves Mexican-inspired food with bold flavors. It is a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco bell has 350 franchise organizations that operate over 7,000 restaurants in the U.S. and 500 restaurants across almost 30 countries.

It was founded on March 21, 1962, in Downey, California by Glenn Bell. It all started from a hot dog stand in San Bernardino and dubbed it Bell’s Drive. After 4 years it was converted into a hamburger stand. At the start of the 1950s, he observed the demand for Mexican cuisine in the neighborhood and started to master his recipe of hard taco shells. After their launch, his tacos became a big hit and he started focusing on a taco as his main dish which led it to become a world-famous restaurant.
