Eating out at restaurants might be difficult when you need to avoid gluten. Finding a restaurant that can cater to your specific dietary requirements can be challenging, regardless of whether you have gluten sensitivity or maintain a gluten-free diet for other reasons.
Even if you can locate products on the menu that do not include gluten-containing ingredients, there is still a significant risk of cross-contamination in restaurant kitchens. Therefore, it might be challenging to determine whether or not you can trust that the food you eat will be gluten-free.
We may count our blessings that an increasing number of eateries are prioritizing providing gluten-free alternatives that are safe to consume. Gluten-free diners have a variety of options to choose from on Red Robin’s extensive menu.
Certified Master Allergen Trainers are on hand at Red Robin to ensure that every member of staff understands how to avoid cross-contamination. Because the kitchen is aware of the allergy, you do not need to worry about whether or not the food at Red Robin is gluten-free.

Red Robin – History
In 1940, Red Robin entered the restaurant sector, and since then, the company has seen several transformations. Situated at the southern terminus of the University Bridge, the Red Robin used to be known as Sam’s Tavern and is located on the corner of Furhman and Eastlake Avenues.
“When the Red, Red Robin Comes Bob, Bob, Bob & Bobbin’ Along” was a popular barbershop quartet song by Sam, the owner of this restaurant. He became so enamored with the music that he renamed Sam’s Tavern Sam’s Red Robin.
Skyler Corporation of Japan’s partnership with Skyler Corporation of Japan did not generate positive results for CEO Kingen’s entrepreneurial initiatives in outsourcing the management, requiring him to return alongside Steve Snyder to nurse the firm back to health.
In 2000, Red Robin’s offices were relocated to Denver’s Tech Center, and Snyder Group was renamed Red Robin, with Snyder serving as president. The firm is expected to generate $1.257592 billion in sales in 2015 with 538 outlets.
