P. F. Chang’s China Bistro is an American casual dining restaurant chain with Asian-themed. It was founded in 1993 by two partners i.e. Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. P.F. Chang’s is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. It has opened over 208 restaurants in the United States and more than 100 branches all over the globe. They specialize in American-Chinese cuisine plus other Asian dishes.
In early 1960, Cecilia Chiang used to run her Chinese restaurant named The Mandarin. She passed her talent to his son Philip. Philip and a restaurateur Paul met and agreed to open a full bistro on Asian cuisine’s theme. The first outlet was opened in 1993 at the Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2010, “P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Home Menu” was introduced which included frozen meals.
